Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for paying these additional charges. Colorful Solar Fountain Pump is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Colorful Solar Fountain Pump is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. 7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. These orders will be shipped via USPS only.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@colorsolarfountainpump.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product or a suitable resolution.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process.
